Overview

How about a nice boat trip to a private pier for some fresh mussels, and wine? This is an authen-tic, small mussels farm on the bay with a little pier perfect for some downtime on the water. Go for a swim, relax or learn how to make mussels the local way.
After a visit to a magnificent Saint George Monastery, your main stop will be a private little mussels farm on the south end of the Butrinti Lake, where you will have the opportunity to learn about mussel harvest, see how they get cleaned and learn how to cook them, the Albanian way.
Local red or white wine and your fresh meal will make this unique lunch experience one you will fondly remember for years to come.
